Overview In this role, you report to the Maintenance Manager and coordinate, plan, schedule and execute corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance across plant systems to maximize uptime while meeting quality and safety standards. You lead a small team and supervise external contractors, ensuring safe, compliant execution of all work. You align maintenance activities with production needs and manage spare parts and procurement in SAP PM. The position supports a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and budget oversight. You contribute to Bunge’s mission of safe, sustainable food production. Responsabilità
* Supervise field operations to ensure quality, food safety and environmental compliance
* Lead a team of two mechanics and one electrician and coordinate external contractors
* Issue daily work permits and ensure safe execution of activities
* Plan maintenance across facilities per company procedures and assess personnel and parts availability
* Draft task specifications and solicit quotes from suppliers during planning




* Schedule work with production to optimize resource use
* Manage spare parts inventory and purchasing requests
* Maintain SAP PM data and use the system for all planning and execution
* Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts
* Budget monitoring and reporting Requisiti fondamentali
* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent
* 1 year in a maintenance supervisor role or similar
* Experience in industrial plants or shipyard environments; spare parts management
* SAP PM proficiency preferred
* Knowledge of centrifugal/ lobe pumps, gearboxes, motors, lubrications, and mechanical/electrical systems
* Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
* Training in quality, environment, and workplace risk prevention; HACCP training
