RESPONSIBILITIES:
/h3ulliManage all-round administrative responsibilities for the site, using established Bayer systems and procedures /liliProactively seek standardized processes to support administrative tasks not covered within Bayer systems /liliControl and manage the CAPEX and OPEX file: update records, provide information within the appropriate timeframes, and ensure proper closure /liliBuild strong relationships with all RD departments, supporting them in acquiring the necessary goods and services in line with our procurement strategy /liliCollaborate with Automation, Facilities Maintenance to manage equipment maintenance for RD sites (reporting issues, creating PRs, verifying invoices, etc.) /liliWork in cooperation with teams to organize national and international seed shipments, both within and outside the EU /liliCollaborate with HSE, completing training courses to become part of the first aid personnel. /liliMonitor the
working hours
of personnel hired through outsourcing and act as the main point of contact for communication with the supplier regarding invoices /li /ulh3WHO YOU ARE: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with 1 years of relevant experience, or High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously /liliExcellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; capable of collaborating effectively with employees at all levels /liliHigh sense of responsibility and professionalism /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT skills /liliResidence or domicile in Latina is preferred; candidates from the provinces of Rome and Frosinone will also be considered /liliFluent in English, with Italian as mother tongue /li /ulpLocation: Latina /ppType of contract: Part time (25h)

Sotto supervisione limitata e operando con iniziativa propria, il/la candidato/a svolgerà diverse attività amministrative per il/i dipartimento/i. Le mansioni generalmente riguardano lavori riservati e richiedono una conoscenza approfondita delle prassi e procedure dipartimentali, nonché dei prodotti, delle politiche e dei programmi aziendali. RESPONSABILITÀ:
/h3ulliGestire le responsabilità amministrative a 360° del sito, utilizzando i sistemi e le procedure Bayer consolidate /liliRicercare proattivamente processi standardizzati per supportare le attività amministrative non coperte dai sistemi Baye /liliControllare e gestire il file CAPEX e OPEX: aggiornare i registri, fornire le informazioni entro le tempistiche previste e garantire la corretta chiusura /liliCreare solide relazioni con tutti i dipartimenti RD, supportandoli nell’acquisizione di beni e servizi in linea con la strategia di approvvigionamento /liliCollaborare con Automation, Facilities Maintenance per gestire la manutenzione delle attrezzature nei siti RD (segnalazione problemi, creazione PR, verifica fatture, ecc.). /liliLavorare in cooperazione con i team per organizzare spedizioni nazionali e internazionali di semi, sia all’interno che all’esterno dell’UE /liliCollaborare con HSE, completando corsi di formazione per far parte del personale di primo soccorso /liliMonitorare le ore lavorative del pers
