Role overview
BloomERP is a software platform for managing business processes. We are looking for an experienced freelance Business Developer to build our presence in the Italian market, identify opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term customers.
Your role
- Develop and execute a go-to-market approach for Italy.
- Identify and qualify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer workflows and business requirements, and connect them to BloomERP's capabilities.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and proposals with the founder, negotiate commercial opportunities, and support closing new customers.
- Share market feedback to help shape our positioning and product development.
What you bring
- Relevant experience in business development and go-to-market strategy, with a track record of generating and converting opportunities.
- Working knowledge of cloud technology, systems analysis, and relational databases.
- The ability to discuss business processes and technical requirements with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
- An independent, proactive approach and the ability to manage your own prospecting and pipeline.
Working arrangement and compensation
- Remote freelance collaboration focused on the Italian market.
- Commission-only compensation: there is no fixed salary or guaranteed base payment at this stage.
- Commission rates, qualifying sales, and payment terms will be agreed in writing before the collaboration starts.
- If the partnership develops successfully, there may be an opportunity to move into full-time employment and/or discuss equity participation , subject to mutual agreement. Neither is guaranteed.
