In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms meet the highest Four Seasons standards through quality inspections and daily team supervision. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liLead, support, and coach Room Attendants and Linen Runners, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Four Seasons quality standards. /li liConduct room inspections, monitor daily progress,
and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure rooms are ready for guests on time. /li liOversee floor operations, ensuring adequate supplies, cleanliness of guest corridors and service areas, and prompt resolution of maintenance issues. /li liAnticipate guest needs, address concerns professionally, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience. /li liSupport inventory management, administrative tasks, and housekeeping operations across the hotel as needed. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment. /li liStrong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to guest service. /li liProven leadership abilities, with experience coaching teams and providing constructive feedback. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3What
