By supporting the HR team, assisting with HR processes, and collaborating with department managers, you help foster a culture where Team Members feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to grow. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brh3Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: /h3 /brul /brliSupport Team Members throughout their employee journey: Assist with HR-related requests and provide guidance on HR procedures, policies, and internal processes, contributing to a positive Team Member experience. /li /brliManage casual and on-call workforce administration: Coordinate the administrative processes related to casual workers and on-call employees, including documentation, contracts, and workforce records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. /li /brliBuild relationships with schools and support internship programmes: Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and training institutions, coordinate internship opportunities, and support students throughout their placement experience.
