car seats, baby carriers, kids furniture and strollers enabling parents to keep their little ones safe in style. p h3Your seat to fill: /h3 ul liIn the regional marketing team you are the product expert and brand ambassador in the product categories of Strollers, Home and Carriers in terms of product and market know-how /li liPlan effectively visits to retailers’ stores in your area, considering business opportunities and product launches, aligned with Sales and Marketing team goals. /li liPosition based in Vicenza, in CYBEX Italian office. 70% of time travel to visit customers from North to South Italy, 30% of time work from the office in Vicenza /li liDuring customers visits deliver structured product, sales, and technical training to retail teams, improving staff knowledge, confidence, and conversion rates on sales /li liPreparation of marketing material for the sales force/retailers to secure product knowledge /li liPlan and implement strong retail activations for your assigned product category. Pro-actively drive sell-out growth through structured in-store activations, events and technical selling support. Maintain a strong retail presence in key stores, including availability for 2 Saturdays per month,
to support sales and customer experience (working Saturday recovered with an additional day off the week after) /li liBe the main point of reference for retailer social media activities: organize, plan, record, and personally feature in social media content for retailers. Ensure that content is published according to schedule and that retailers consistently execute social media plans for your product category. /li liRepresent the brand at trade fairs, retail and pr events, and activation initiatives, strengthening external partnerships and brand visibility. /li liExecute our POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines, ensuring strong brand presence in both physical stores and online platforms. /li /ul h3Your stroll to CYBEX: /h3 ul liRelevant professional experience in field sales, retail or category roles, preferably within premium or consumer goods. /li liExperience in marketing or social media will be considered a plus. /li liWillingness to travel 70% of the time and work 2 Saturdays per month. /li liCurious and dynamic team player

- Builds strong relationships with retailers, maintains a positive and respectful approach, plans effectively, follows up reliably and consistently focuses on boosting sell out and supporting store performance. /li liConfident in product demonstrations and on camera presence
- Comfortable engaging with in store teams and equally confident being the main on camera person featured in social media content recorded for retailers’ channels. /li liOrganized but flexible
- Plans field days effectively and provides clear recaps and follow ups.
