If you like to imagine what comes next and then actually build it, this is the place for you. /p h3Platform Engineer /h3 pTo join our team in Milan and help us build scalable, secure and developer-friendly cloud platforms. /p h3Required Skills /h3 ul libDevOps mindset. /b You are passionate about improving software delivery, automation and developer experience. You have at least b3 years of experience /b as a DevOps Engineer (or similar role) and a previous background in software development. /li libAutomation first. /b You have strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as bGitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins /b or equivalent solutions. /li libCloud expertise. /b You have hands‑on experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
Cloud certifications are considered a plus. /li libInfrastructure as Code. /b You are confident provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform or equivalent IaC tools. /li libContainers Orchestration. /b You have solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including production deployments and troubleshooting. /li libBackend development skills (mandatory).
/b You have working knowledge of bat least one backend technology stack /b, choosing between: ul liNode.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) /li liJava (Spring Boot or equivalent) /li /ul /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with GitOps practices. /li liExperience with Docker Swarm. /li liExperience with ECS. /li liExperience with Traefik, Nginx or Apache. /li liExperience with Helm. /li liExperience with Elastic Stack, OpenSearch or similar observability platforms. /li liExperience with Prometheus, Grafana and modern monitoring solutions. /li liExperience with security best practices (Secrets Management, IAM, container security, vulnerability scanning). /li liExperience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban. /li /ul h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDesign, build and evolve modern cloud-native platforms supporting enterprise applications. /li liDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and Infrastructure as Code. /li liImprove Developer Experience by building internal tooling and self-service capabilities. /li liCollaborate closely with software engineers throughout the software delivery lifecycle. /li liSupport development teams in designing scalable, resilient and observable applications. /li liUse AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity in infrastructure management, software development and incident resolution. /li liEnsure platform reliability, scalability, security and operational excellence.
