and to client satisfaction /li /brliClient Communication and Partnership Development: Act as the primary contact for key clients, building strong relationships through clear communication. Proactively address concerns and regularly update clients on project progress to ensure satisfaction and retention. Promote innovation through the continuous improvement of workflows and the adoption of new technologies /li /brliPerformance Monitoring and Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements and improve project performance. Make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes /li /brliTeam support and Collaboration: Cultivate a positive and cooperative work environment by actively supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team success in achieving project goals /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliExtensive experience in the translation industry with a minimum of 3 years /li /brliExcellent proficiency in English, with an additional language such as German or French preferred /li /brliExceptional time management and organizational skills /li /brliStrong computer and web proficiency /li /brliExcellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships /li /brliHigh analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate project performance,
