primarily based on SAP S/4HANA and integrated with external platform as warehouse systems, 3PL systems, collaboration systems, analytics platforms. /p h3br/Key accountabilities /h3 ul liAct as trusted advisor to Order To Cash Logistics stakeholders, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions. /li liDrive the digitalization and automation of the processes in scope, through automation, Machine Learning and AI initiatives, enhancing the business capabilities and establishing new way of working. /li liProject management: /li liPrioritize initiatives, investments and resources based on strategic objectives, risks and expected benefits. /li liSupport OTC Logistics leadership in system-related decision making with a pragmatic, fact-based approach. /li liProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in line with evolution roadmap of SAP and recommend solutions / standardization / simplification to drive improvements and quick-wins. /li liChange Management: /li liFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement across teams. /li liLead the change management activities to ensure a smooth transition when implementing SAP S4 and other technologies /li liEnsure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture,
cybersecurity standards and data governance principles /li /ul h3br/Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent /li li6+ years’ of experience leading transformation programs, in system integration consulting companies and/or IT departments of multinational companies /li liProven Experience in complex global projects related to Order-To-Cash and Logistics areas (in terms of processes, models and solutions) /li liStrong Knowledge of SAP environment related to Supply Chain (S/4 or ECC) is a must /li liConfidence with FIORI APPs will be considered a plus /li liExperience in defining application strategies, technology roadmaps and investment priorities /li liProject Management skills and ability to coordinate cross functional and international teams /li liPrevious experiences on Analytics management/Data Governance will be considered a plus /li liProven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational changesHigh levels of energy, motivation and proactivity, with a problem-solving approach and willingness to achieve results /li liFluency in Italian and English /li /ul h3What
