We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE initiatives across the EMEIA region. /p /brpIn this role, you will be responsible for driving projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to bring innovative products and business improvements to life. /p /brh3What You'll Do /h3 /brul /brliLead New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE projects across EMEIA, ensuring achievement of business, cost, quality, and timing objectives. /li /brliDevelop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks. /li /brliCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment on project priorities.
/li /brliDrive problem-solving activities and facilitate decision-making to overcome project challenges and roadblocks. /li /brliMonitor project performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. /li /brliPrepare and deliver project status presentations, highlighting progress, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts. /li /brliCollaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria. /li /brliSupport continuous improvement of project management practices and execution processes. /li /br /ul /brh3What Makes You Successful /h3 /brpYou are a proactive and results-driven project leader who thrives in complex, matrix organizations. You can influence stakeholders, navigate uncertainty, and keep teams aligned toward common goals while balancing business, technical, and operational priorities. /p /brh3What We're Looking For /h3 /brh3Required Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 3 years of project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment. /li /brliStrong understanding of business functions including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. /li /brliExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /li /brliFluent English. /li /brliProficiency with Microsoft Office tools. /li /brliAvailability to travel occasionally (up to 5%). /li /br /ul /brh3Preferred Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Electronic Engineering.
