Drive digital excellence. /b /p pWe are looking for a Business Platform Project Manager to join our Sales Excellence team at Costa's Headquarters in Genoa, Italy. /p pIn this role, you will play a key role in the evolution of Costa's commercial platforms, acting as a strategic bridge between international markets, commercial stakeholders, IT teams and external partners. You will support the development and continuous improvement of strategic platforms such as Costa Extra, Web Affiliation solutions, and the future Common Reservation System, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to our trade partners. /p pThis is a unique opportunity for a digitally curious and business-oriented professional who enjoys working with both people and technology. You will gain exposure to international markets, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to major digital transformation initiatives within Costa's global commercial organization. /p h3Business Requirement Management Market Engagement /h3 pYou will work closely with Sales Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Contact Center representatives, and stakeholders across multiple international markets to collect, understand, challenge, and prioritize business needs.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate market requirements into actionable solutions and drive alignment among stakeholders. /p pYou will manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, balancing business value, platform evolution and delivery constraints. /p h3Digital Platforms Evolution Continuous Improvement /h3 pYou will support the evolution of Costa's key commercial platforms, including Costa Extra, our B2B portal for Travel Agencies, Web Affiliation solutions enabling API-based integrations with distribution partners, and the future Common Reservation System. /p pYou will contribute to defining and maintaining platform roadmaps, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives and market needs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. /p h3Business IT Collaboration /h3 pYou will act as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams, translating commercial needs into functional requirements and ensuring mutual understanding across stakeholders. /p pWorking closely with IT teams and external vendors, you will oversee delivery activities, ensuring solutions are implemented according to agreed scope, priorities and timelines. /p h3User Experience (UI/UX) Commercial Effectiveness /h3 pYou will contribute to improving the user journey across Costa's digital commercial ecosystem. Leveraging a user-centric mindset,
you will help identify opportunities to optimize usability, content presentation, and the effectiveness of digital interactions, ensuring commercial offers are communicated clearly and effectively. /p h3Partner Integrations Web Affiliation /h3 pYou will support the management and evolution of relationships with digital distribution partners and affiliate platforms connected to Costa through APIs and integrated digital solutions. Collaborating with commercial, technical and external stakeholders, you will coordinate requirements and support implementation activities. /p h3Project Coordination Transformation Initiatives /h3 pYou will participate in strategic transformation projects, including the evolution of Costa's future Common Reservation System. Supporting project planning, testing activities, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up actions, you will help ensure successful delivery and business adoption of new solutions. /p h3What makes you unique /h3 ul lipMaster's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields. /p /li lip3-5 years of experience managing digital platforms, cross-functional projects, commercial systems, CRM ecosystems, or digital transformation initiatives. /p /li lipStrong ability to connect business and technology, acting as a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders and a key interface with IT teams to drive platform evolution and business value. /p /li lipExcellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated experience engaging diverse stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and fostering effective collaboration across international and cross-functional environments. /p /li lipAn
