h3Job Description /h3 pCogatospaces is advertising a Last Mile Distribution Manager position in Landriano, Lombardy. The role is full-time and fixed-term, with primarily managerial, organisational, and control responsibilities covering courier and last-mile distribution activities. /p pThe manager will oversee the overall distribution organisation, coordinate operational managers and teams, supervise drivers and distribution rounds, manage fleet resources, monitor workforce levels, and ensure operational continuity and service quality. The role also includes analysing distribution KPIs such as delivery success rates, on-time deliveries, SLA compliance, productivity, absenteeism, fleet utilisation, service disruptions, and customer complaints. /p pThe position involves direct interaction with clients and participation in performance-review meetings, as well as preparing performance reports and coordinating corrective actions. The manager will also work with HR and other company functions on staffing, fleet management, and organisational efficiency, while supporting continuous-improvement strategies. /p pCandidates are expected to have significant experience in distribution, transport, or logistics, including specific last-mile, courier, or widespread distribution operations. The role requires 10 years of Distribution Manager experience and 10 years of Logistics Management experience, along with a mandatory secondary-school qualification, native Italian, and availability to travel 25% of the time. /p pThe salary is b€40,000–€60,000 /b per year.
