You will support all the phases of bData Analytics and Process Intelligence /b projects: /pulliManaging end-to-end Data Analytics / Process Intelligence initiatives across various clients and industries /liliRunning data identification, extraction and transformation (ETL) /liliConnecting Data Analytics / Process Intelligence tools to client’s IT systems /liliDesigning and developing process monitoring dashboards /liliAnalyzing and interpreting the findings and results /liliIdentifying bottlenecks and areas of improvement /liliLeveraging on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to automate improvements /liliDrawing actionable conclusions and recommendations /li /ulh3Required Technical Skills Experience /h3ulliGraduate in Statistics, Applied Math, Economics,
Information Management, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields /liliHands-on experience with one or more Data Analytics (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc) and Process Intelligence tools (Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining etc.) /liliSkills in data manipulation and/or scripting (SQL, Python) /liliAble to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation /liliExperience in process analysis and improvement /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulli6-18 months of experience in leading consulting firms or in leading international system integrators as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer or Data Analyst: /liliFamiliarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle etc.) is a big plus /liliFamiliarity with data platform (Databricks, SAP Datasphere, etc.) is a plus /liliFunctional knowledge of financial and/or business processes (Procurement, Sales, Accounting, Logistics…) /li /ulpBasic requirements in the selection are the excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages (both oral and written), interpersonal and communicative skills, experience of team management and relations with company management as well as ability to travel based on client requests/commitments. /ppProtiviti is an equal opportunity employer, which values diversity and inclusion.
