Based in Italy (ideally Milan), you’ll work independently and hands‑on – from project scoping to execution – while collaborating closely with our core team. We are not a traditional agency, but a strategic counterpart for hoteliers and creatives, building brands that feel alive, grounded, and relevant. /p pOur clients include places like Bellagio in Lake Como, Das Kranzbach in Bavaria, Rote Wand in Austria, and other leading hospitality brands across Europe. /p pAs our Project Manager, you will independently lead and deliver branding and marketing projects for our clients – from positioning and identity to campaigns, content and launch. You will work closely with the founder, the Head of Marketing Communications, and our creative network. Next to the project work, we are looking for someone who not only shapes the future of our clients, but also helps grow and refine FERUS as a company. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pThis is a hands‑on role for someone who is structured, and experienced in leading brand and communication projects – with a clear sense of timing, priorities, and client needs.



You will manage your own portfolio of projects and be responsible for driving them forward from concept to execution. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead and execute complex branding, marketing, and communication projects /li liManage selected english and Italian-speaking client accounts /li liTranslate client goals into structured timelines, deliverables, and processes /li liPrepare and maintain project overviews, documents, and timelines in Notion /li liDrive the structure and continuous improvement of our Notion workspace for global project management /li liCoordinate with designers, writers, strategists, developers, and other collaborators /li liTrack budgets, feedback rounds, and deadlines with clarity /li liAnticipate potential roadblocks and act proactively /li liCollaborate closely with the founder and the Head of Marketing Communications /li liContribute ideas and improvements to help shape how FERUS works and grows /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in branding or agency settings /li liStrong client relationship management skills /li liAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel /li liNative Italian and fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken /li liBased in Italy, ideally Milan (or easy travel to Zurich, Switzerland) /li liExcellent organisational and communication skills /li liHigh level of autonomy, responsibility, and reliability /li liConfident working in Notion, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools /li liBonus: understanding of hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands /li /ul h3WHAT
