working hours

allowing brokers to operate independently while representing VRL Luxury Brokerage at the highest level of professionalism and discretion. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pExperience in sales, brokerage, negotiation, or client management is preferred, but high-potential and ambitious candidates without prior sales experience will also be considered /p pStrong ambition, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven attitude /p pExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /p pStrong networking and relationship-building abilities /p pHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality /p pAbility to work independently and manage client relationships autonomously /p pInterest or knowledge in one or more luxury sectors is highly advantageous /p pFluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a strong plus /p pBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory /p h3What
