In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the complete management of the kitchen brigade under the supervision of the Sous Chef, will have daily control of batches, and will be required to maintain the high quality and management standards required. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction. /li liManage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. /li liCollaborate with the team to achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals. /li liSupervision and training of staff, ensuring high standards of service.
