h3Careersbr— Junior Sales Operations Commercial Administrator /h3pWe are seeking a highly proactive and organized Junior Sales Operations Commercial Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our commercial department. In this key role, you will act as the central hub for administrative and commercial workflows—managing incoming customer communications, preparing critical documentation (NDAs, offers, contracts), and aligning cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Management. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliManage incoming emails and calls, quickly understanding what matters, what you can handle yourself and what needs to be escalated. /liliCommunicate with customers and partners on commercial and administrative topics. /liliPrepare, send and track NDAs, offers, contracts and other commercial documents. /liliSupport the preparation of invoices and billing documentation. /liliKeep customer information and commercial files accurate and organized. /liliTrack open actions, missing information, signatures, approvals and deadlines. /liliCoordinate information between Sales, Management, Engineering, Finance and Operations. /liliPrepare meetings, documents and information so the Sales team can focus on customers and opportunities.
