At OverIT, we leverage advanced technologies like ML, AR, IoT, and GIS to help ensure the infrastructures essential to our daily lives are always on. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans and resource requirements. /li liAssign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues. /li liManage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, and facilitate communication among team members. /li liIdentify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. /li liEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes. /li liConduct project post‑mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts. /li liEffectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs and identify new potential business opportunities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SaaS companies or system integrators. /li liProven experience delivering complex projects,
