Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Execute comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, capacity testing, and error simulation in real-world customer operational environments. Problem Analysis & Issue Escalation
- Maintain a precise, analytical, and rigorous approach to highlight issues, bugs, and system anomalies early in the development lifecycle.
- Describe technical issues and edge cases with extreme clarity and precision to perform rigorous escalation to project development groups (Software/Firmware). Technical Operations & System Integration
- Support software and firmware installations, configurations, and technical troubleshooting on cash recyclers and associated cloud/server solutions.
- Monitor cash transactions, acceptor feeds, cassette bill/coin count verifications, and POS system integrations.
