Athens, Greece – Onsite Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee) Your Responsibilities You will:
* Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
* Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions

* Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
* Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
* Follow established quality and productivity standards
* Help customers understand the platform and available features What We're Looking For
* Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
* English B2+for training and internal communication
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused and empathetic approach
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
* Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
