What you'll do
* Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English
* Resolve account, payment,



and product questions clearly and accurately
* Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues Who we're looking for
* Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
* At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
* EU passport holder, so no visa needed
* Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
* Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site Your schedule
* 40 hours per week
* 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
