* Nutraceutical & Healthcare Manufacturing Azienda We're partnering with a growing international manufacturing company operating in the nutraceutical and healthcare sectors to identify a Project Manager. In this role, you'll lead customer projects from development through commercial launch, acting as the key interface between clients and cross-functional teams. Occasione
* Manage multiple customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to commercial launch.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.
* Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
* Act as the primary customer-facing contact, providing regular project updates and facilitating decision-making processes.
* Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including: Research & Development (R&D;); Quality Assurance; Regulatory Affairs; Operations; Supply Chain; Procurement
* Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate issues when necessary.
* Support product development, technology transfer, scale-up, industrialization, and launch activities.
* Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. Competenze ed esperienza
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Provenexperience inone or moreofthefollowingindustries: o CDMO o Nutraceuticals o Food Supplements o Medical Devices o Pharmaceutical Manufacturing o Life Sciences
* Solid understanding of product development and commercialization processes.
* Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and quality systems.
* Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical functions.
* Strong familiarity with project planning methodologies, risk management, and project tracking tools.
