/liliPromote software quality through code reviews, testing strategy, documentation, and maintainability. /liliCollaborate with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams in an international context. /liliImprove engineering processes, team effectiveness, Agile ways of working, and CI/CD practices. /liliMentor team members, provide technical guidance and feedback, and encourage knowledge sharing and continuous growth. /liliBalance technical execution with coordination and delivery responsibility. /li /ulh3The Ideal Candidate /h3ulliDegree in STEM disciplines or equivalent professional experience. /liliStrong experience in software development within structured environments. /liliProven experience as a Technical Team Leader (TTL) or in a comparable hands‑on technical leadership role, guiding development teams and technical decisions. /liliDemonstrated experience managing and coordinating software development teams, including task allocation, performance feedback, and delivery accountability. /liliExperience in organizing activities, setting priorities, and following delivery progress. /liliExperience in customer‑facing or stakeholder‑facing contexts. /liliAbility to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical direction. /liliStrong communication skills, ownership, leadership attitude, and a pragmatic problem‑solving mindset.
