every time you come to work As a Purchasing Coordinator, you're not just supporting the procurement and inventory management process

what you'll do
during a typical day: Support purchasing and receiving operations: Menage receiving processes and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure efficient stock management Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications Process invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution Perform quality checks: Inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
