HR Specialist — Southern Europe
G-P is a remote-first company providing global employment solutions. We seek an HR Specialist to partner with clients on the employee lifecycle, in-country compliance, and workforce planning across Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy. You will advise on contracts, immigration, and compensation, while driving process optimizations and leveraging HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
Salary:
EUR 44,000–50,000 plus premio/commission.
