As our Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting Glacier's growth by attracting and hiring talent for our operational sites. You'll focus on production, logistics, warehousing, maintenance, and other site-based roles, ensuring we have the people in place to keep our operations running successfully.
As a Recruiter at Glacier, you will:Manage recruitment processes for operational and manufacturing positions across our Italian sites.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, local networks, and direct outreach.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
Conduct initial screening interviews and present qualified shortlists.
Organise recruitment events, open days, job fairs, and site visits.
Develop partnerships with vocational schools, technical institutes, and local employment organisations.
Strengthen Glacier's employer brand within local labour markets.
Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies by developing sustainable internal sourcing strategies.
We are looking for someone who:Has at least 3 years of recruitment experience.
Ideally has experience in manufacturing, logistics, food production, warehousing, or industrial environments.
Has a proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
Is skilled in sourcing and talent attraction.
Enjoys spending time in the field building relationships and local networks.
Speaks fluent Italian and has a good working knowledge of English.
Continuously looks for innovative ways to attract talent and improve recruitment efficiency.
Increasing direct hires and employee referrals.
Improving recruitment speed and quality.
Reducing dependency on external recruitment agencies.
Developing strong partnerships within local communities and technical schools.
Becoming the trusted recruitment partner for operational hiring across our sites.
