* Support to the Remuneration Committee
* Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels
* Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels
* Support in compliance and audit processes Who we're looking for
* Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
* Knowledge of short term incentive system
* Knowledge of long term equity based system
* Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
* Performance measurement skills
* Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
* Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company
* 5-10 years of experience
