We spend $100k+/month on Meta and TikTok. Nobody owns the creative. That's the job. Our media buyer is optimising bidding against ads that were never properly tested. We need someone who writes the angles, scripts the hooks, briefs the editors, then reads the data and decides what dies and what scales. If you can't tell us your best hook rate and what it did to CPA, this isn't your role. What you'll own
* Angle research. Customer reviews, forums, competitor ads, support tickets. You find the language before anyone opens a design file.
* Hooks and scripts. Written by you, for paid social TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Meta. Mapped to awareness stage.
* Editor and creator briefs. Structured enough that they execute in one pass.
* The testing roadmap. What goes live, what gets killed, what scales, and why. One meaningful variable at a time.
* Post-launch analysis. Thumb-stop rate, hold rate, average view duration, CTR, CPA. You diagnose why the drop-off happened at second three and decide the next test.
Who this is for You've owned creative on a DTC or ecommerce account at real spend. You've watched a hook hold CPA while budget scaled 2x, and you've killed a concept you loved because the data said so. You write in English well enough that a single word choice changes the thumb-stop. Who this is not for Art directors. Brand strategists. Social media managers. Content strategists. Media planners.
