For more information, please visit /ph3About The Role /h3pThis is a rare opportunity to join a Solvency II reporting function that is actively investing in how it works — not just maintaining what already exists. As a Senior Analyst, you'll bring deep SII expertise to a team that is mid-journey on a genuine modernization program, with Tagetik at the center of its reporting infrastructure and a real appetite for automation and AI-driven process improvement. You'll have meaningful ownership across the reporting cycle, from QRT production and regulatory change through to capital calculations and audit-ready controls — and you'll be expected to shape how the function evolves, not just run it.
/ppIf you're a few years into your SII career and looking for a step up that offers both technical depth and broader influence, this role is worth a close look. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Regulatory Reporting Compliance /h3ulliOwn the end-to-end annual reporting schedule, driving data sourcing, QRT population and timely delivery in line with PRA and EIOPA requirements /liliStay ahead of regulatory change — monitor taxonomy updates from the PRA and EIOPA and take accountability for ensuring QRTs reflect the latest requirements /li /ulh3Capital Actuarial Calculations /h3ulliTake ownership of SCR calculations as a core member of the Capital Management team, contributing technical depth to the wider actuarial and finance functions /li /ulh3Data, Controls Audit /h3ulliMaintain a robust data lineage framework spanning all aspects of the Solvency process, partnering with data, finance and business engagement teams to stay ahead of changes to upstream data flows /liliMaintain auditable controls and clear process documentation that stand up to internal and external scrutiny /liliDrive the control framework forward, including peer review, to ensure the function is consistently audit-ready /li /ulh3Systems Automation /h3ulliPlay a leading role in the build-out of automation within Tagetik,
working directly with system consultants to translate reporting knowledge into scalable solutions /liliAct as the team's AI advocate — identifying credible opportunities to automate processes and controls and helping move them from idea to implementation /li /ulh3Process Improvement /h3ulliContinuously challenge the status quo, identifying and delivering process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase the reliability of the reporting cycle /li /ulh3Stakeholder Engagement Communication /h3ulliBuild trusted relationships across data, finance and business teams, positioning yourself as the go-to person for Solvency data and process questions /liliLead quarterly discussion forums with senior stakeholders across the full Solvency reporting chain, communicating complex regulatory and technical topics with clarity and confidence /li /ulh3What We're Looking For, /h3ulli+5 years of hands‑on Solvency II reporting experience /liliStrong working knowledge of QRT production, regulatory submissions and PRA/EIOPA requirements /liliExperience with or exposure to Tagetik or a comparable reporting platform /liliFamiliarity with SCR calculations and Solvency II Best Estimate/Risk Margin, or a solid enough actuarial/finance grounding to engage credibly with Capital Management colleagues /liliA track record of building controls and documentation that hold up under audit scrutiny /liliStrong communicator — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and managing relationships across functions /liliGenuine curiosity about process improvement and emerging technology, including AI /li /ulh3Why join us, /h3ulliA reporting function with real modernization underway — Tagetik investment, automation ambition and an open mind on AI /liliGenuine ownership at Senior Analyst level, with visibility across the full SII cycle /liliA collaborative
