The role is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development through customer delivery and after‑sales support. The Product Quality Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates cross‑functional activities, and supports the enhancement of product reliability, robustness, and customer satisfaction. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lidefine and implement the Product Quality strategy across the organization /li limonitor quality performance of machines installed at customer sites /li lianalyze data from testing, installation, technical support, and customer feedback /li liidentify trends, root causes,
and opportunities for product improvement /li licollaborate with Engineering during product design and industrialization phases /li lisupport validation and qualification processes for new products /li lidefine and maintain product quality requirements and acceptance criteria /li licoordinate the management of product non‑conformities and customer complaints /li liensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness /li limanage quality escalations with key and strategic customers /li lipromote initiatives aimed at reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improving product reliability /li licoordinate cross‑functional teams and provide regular reporting on product quality performance /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field /li liminimum 5 years of experience in Product Quality, Quality Engineering, or similar roles within the automated machinery industry /li listrong analytical skills and experience with structured problem‑solving methodologies /li liexperience in managing product non‑conformities and customer complaints /li ligood command of the English language, both written and spoken /li liavailability to travel to customer and supplier sites as required /li listrong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills /li licustomer‑focused mindset with a data‑driven approach /li liability to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority /li lieffective communication skills with both technical and managerial audiences /li listrong commitment to continuous improvement and quality culture /li /ul h3Our Offer: /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 47.200, in line with experience.
