The role is focuses on managing innovation projects, especially funded RD initiatives, across the full lifecycle, from proposal development to execution, ensuring quality delivery, compliance, and alignment with company strategy. /ph3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3ullibProposal Development: /bulliAnalyze call requirements and evaluation criteria. /liliDefine proposal scope aligned with business strategy. /liliCoordinate internal teams and external partners. /liliLead preparation of technical and administrative proposal content. /liliDevelop competitive and realistic budgets. /liliManage submission, clarifications, and negotiations. /li /ul /lilibProject Coordination and Delivery: /bulliSet up and coordinate project teams. /liliEnsure effective communication and reporting. /liliMonitor project performance (time, quality, objectives).



/liliOptimize resource allocation. /li /ul /lilibFinancial Management: /bulliMonitor revenues, costs, and margins. /liliSupport invoicing and financial follow-up. /liliEnsure correct data in company systems. /li /ul /lilibRisk and Issue Management: /bulliIdentify and manage risks and issues. /liliResolve problems and support continuous improvement. /li /ul /lilibQuality Assurance: /bulliEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards. /liliMonitor compliance with project requirements. /liliSupport lessons learned activities. /li /ul /lilibStakeholder Management: /bulliManage relationships with clients, partners, and funding bodies. /liliCollaborate with internal functions (BD, strategy, finance). /liliSupport internal decision-making. /li /ul /lilibInnovation Activities: /bulliEnsure compliance with funding rules and grant management. /liliSupport intellectual property and knowledge management. /liliPromote innovation, dissemination, and exploitation activities. /li /ul /li /ulh3bEducation /b /h3pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Naval Engineering /ph3bQualifications /b /h3ullibMandatory requirement: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato) /b /lili3–7 years of experience in RD or project management. /liliExperience with EU or national funding programs. /liliAbility to manage stakeholders and project teams.
