Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, located in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2027 season. You will be the curator of our guest journey, an essential member of the Front Office team, devoted to crafting refined, memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive. You will embody care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, bringing elegance and warmth to every interaction. Working closely with guests throughout their stay, you will anticipate their needs, uncover their preferences, and create personalised moments that reflect the spirit of Belmond. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliFulfil Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times. /liliResponsible for cash accounting, including the payment of guest bills. /liliCommunicate all relevant guest and group activity to the appropriate internal parties. /liliAnticipate guests’ needs and handle guests’ complaints professionally. /liliEnsure that all guest details are accurately collected. /liliRun End of Day processes and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks. /liliEnsure that all relevant communications are processed correctly. /liliEffective communication skills. /liliStrong emotional intelligence. /liliAbility to collaborate and work in a team. /liliResults-driven mindset. /liliAdaptable and flexible. /liliFluent in English and Italian; a third language is a plus.
