About The Role
What if your judgment and ethical reasoning could directly influence how AI systems behave at scale? We're looking for thoughtful, analytical people to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment

Location:
Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential for harm Flag content that is misleading, inappropriate, or misaligned with established guidelines Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues and edge cases Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule Who You Are A sharp,
analytical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively Comfortable engaging with complex topics around ethics, fairness, and social responsibility Strong written communicator
