They will collaborate with the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liSupport the financial planning and analysis efforts /li liOversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits /li liPrepare financial statements and reports /li liFamiliar with the capital market, responsible for capital market communication, investor relations and market value management /li liResponsible for all major information disclosure and activities of the Group, including but not limited to the group's performance conference, shareholders' meeting, board meeting, etc.,
