pbEnlight is seeking a Project Manager based in Italy to lead the construction management of our renewable energy projects across Europe. /b /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliActing as main leader for project from the project’ Owner position (an IPP), synchronizing all stakeholders to successful implementation. /liliOverseeing construction phase of the project, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and compliance with contractual obligations. /liliLeading internal and external work interfaces including: partners, contractors, global equipment suppliers, service providers, owner’s engineer, legal teams, development teams, local and ministerial authorities, financial institutions, and more. /liliFollow-up and maintenance of project schedule, budgets and cashflow, and identifying improvement possibilities for each /liliAnalyzing key milestones and understanding risks and contractual exposures, elaborating risk mitigation plan and to developing proactive solutions. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 10 years of previous experience in construction project management – a must, 15 years
- an advantage.



/liliBachelor’s degree in electrical / civil / mechanical engineering or other relevant fields – a must. /liliHigh level of proficiency in all Office applications including Excel – a must /liliFluent Italian and English – a must. /liliLocation in Italy /liliPrevious experience in the field of renewable energy – a must. /liliExperience in working in Owner/Developer position
