ppSantinabr/820 Washington Streetbr/New York, NY 10014, USA /p pMajor Food Group, the team that brought you Carbone, is hiring a Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at THE GRILL /p pMFG is hiring an experienced Pastry Sous Chef with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liCreate and prepare all pastry items as required by the business /li liPrepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen /li liEnsure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times /li liOversee a team of junior pastry cooks and other staff members as necessary /li liMaintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients /li liCarry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace /li /ul h3Requirements:
