A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics to support offshore construction and offshore wind projects. Responsibilities
* Managing all accounting activities issued towards international third parties.
* Handling passive and active invoices in line with contractual provisions and internal procedures.
* Managing international tax compliance aspects (VAT, withholding tax, intrastat declarations, etc.).
* Scheduling invoice payments in accordance with internal payments calendar and maintaining supplier ledger cards to ensure accuracy of company records.
* Elaborating on-demand analyses and reports and performing internal controls to assure the correctness of activities performed. Qualifications

Education:
Accounting Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics.
* Background: At least 2/3 years of experience.
* Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum B2); knowledge of French or Portuguese is appreciated.
* Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel); SAP knowledge is appreciated.
* What else should you know? Accuracy, analytical thinking, proactivity, and willingness to grow in an international and diverse environment.
