People & Payroll Administrator - Italy

Together, we’re more than a Club Your role will be to provide people and payroll services to all clubs within Italy. Supporting accurate people administration, payroll coordination, HR systems, and employee lifecycle activity. Ensuring processes aligned with local employment law, company policy and statutory requirements in Italy. You will liaise directly with the payroll team to support with pay queries across our clubs. Also helping to upload all relevant documentation to our HR system to retain team member employment records. *Please note this role requires a 2/3 days a week in one of our clubs and may require ad hoc travel to clubs & events in the UK
* Role & Responsibilities
* Provide people and payroll services to all clubs within Italy.
* Supporting accurate people administration, payroll coordination, HR systems, and employee lifecycle activity.
* Ensuring processes aligned with local employment law, company policy and statutory requirements in Italy.

* Fluency in Italian & English language.
* Full understanding of Italy payroll requirements (e.g. CCNL application, TFR requirements, leaver documentation and statutory forms etc).
* Ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
* Strong attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills.
* Good communication skills in writing and external messaging.
* Experience of handling confidential information and complying with all GDPR requirements.
