Compensation: Basic + Placement Bonuses (OTE $4,000+/month) The Role + The Impact Construction Sales Talent is a boutique recruitment firmspecializing in placing elite B2B sales professionals within constructionmanufacturing, safety, industrial, and technical organizations across NorthAmerica. We are small, focused, and performance-driven. This role is our primary revenue engine. Your ability to secure 4 placements per month directly drives company growth, client success, and long-term expansion intoEurope within the next five years. We run a highly structured, hands-on recruitment process.
Every candidate and client interaction matters. If you don’t naturally payattention to detail and take pride in precision, this will feel intense. If you thrive on ownership, accountability, and measurableoutcomes, this will feel energizing. You will have two dedicated support team members assistingwith sourcing and interview coordination so you can focus on quality,assessment, and closing. What You Will Do Daily Ownfull-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance Conductstructured, in-depth candidate interviews Assesssales performance, territory growth, and technical selling ability Presenthigh-quality shortlists within defined timelines Preparecandidates thoroughly for client interviews Debriefclients and candidates to control momentum Driveurgency in hiring decisions Manageoffer negotiations and reduce counteroffer risk Maintainorganized pipelines inside Zoho Recruit LeverageAI tools and creative sourcing strategies to stay ahead Your weekly production must support 4 placements per month.

Requirements What We Are Looking For Experience Minimum2+ years agency recruitment experience Experienceplacing B2B sales or technical roles preferred Comfortableworking EST hours Hard Skills Highlytech-savvy and AI-forward Organizedwith ATS discipline (Zoho experience is a plus) Creativeproblem-solver in competitive hiring markets Soft Skills Superiorcommunication skills, written and verbal Highaccountability and internal drive Calmunder pressure Strongdecision-making ability Competitivebut professional Detail-obsessed Coachableand growth-minded This is not for someone who waits to be toldwhat to do Compensation Base Compensation: $3,000 CAD/month Placement Premio: $500 CAD per successful placement Typical On-Target Earnings start around $4,000 CAD/month depending on performance. ~ Annual work-from-home stipend ($500) ~ Access to recruiting and business training ~ Full recruiting tech stack provided ~2 weeks paid vacation ~1 week company shutdown annually ~ Birthday off ~ Personal and learning days This role is designed as a growth position.
