As Assistant Store Manager at Maison Margiela, you will be in charge of:
* Team Support and Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating and training the sales team to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.
* Sales and Performance: Help meet and exceed sales goals by actively interacting with customers, identifying opportunities, and maintaining a sales-focused environment.
* Inventory and Inventory Management: Assist in the monitoring of inventory levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and assist with replenishment and visual merchandising.

Ensuring a superior in-store experience for customers by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, resolving issues, and offering personalized services.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion or luxury goods sector.

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and effectively manage a team.
* Sales Acumen: Strong sales and customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Communication
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to engage and build relationships with customers and staff.
* Strategic thinking: Able to develop and execute plans to improve store performance and customer experience.
* Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills
