We are looking for the next season 2027, a Guest Experience Agent to join our dedicated team at Villa Beatrice.

He/She will reports a Villa Manager.
- Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing front-of-house departments to uphold high service standards;
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly, providing personalized attention throughout their stay;
- Feedback Analysis: Help analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance their experience;
- VIP Coordination: Support pre-arrival preparations and ensure VIP guests have an impeccable stay;
- Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues;
- Communication: Maintain clear communication between departments to efficiently resolve guest requests;
- Personalization: Execute strategies to create unique and personalized guest experiences.

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing front-of-house departments to uphold high service standards;
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly, providing personalized attention throughout their stay;
- Feedback Analysis: Help analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance their experience;
- VIP Coordination: Support pre-arrival preparations and ensure VIP guests have an impeccable stay;
- Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues;
- Communication:
Maintain clear communication between departments to efficiently resolve guest requests;
- Personalization: Execute strategies to create unique and personalized guest experiences.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury brand, with an international mindset and a passion for creating magical guest experiences;
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred);
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus);
- Luxury Standards: Passion and aptitude for luxury hospitality standards, proactive attitude, and a passion for exceptional guest service

- We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4,Guest Experience Agent;
- Start date: March 2027 to End date: October 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Villa Beatrice and a career path;
- Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
