Key Responsibilities
* Respond to traveler inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms
* Assist with reviewing travel plans and helping confirm important trip details
* Provide helpful information regarding destinations, travel guidelines, and company procedures




* Check in with clients prior to departure to ensure they have everything needed for their tripAddress concerns in a professional and timely manner and refer complex issues when appropriate Ideal Candidate
* Friendly and professional communication style
* Customer service experience is helpful but not required
