We’re seeking a cheerful, reliable, and organized individual with an eye for detail, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate their team.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and supervising the Front Office team
* Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
* Monitoring arrivals, departures, and reservations
* Handling phone calls, emails, and guest requests
* Selling rooms, restaurant services, spa treatments, and additional services
* Managing concierge services and addressing guests’ individual needs
* Handling complaints and resolving issues
Skills:
* Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Leadership, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset
* Precision, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Excellent knowledge of German, Italian, and English
* Familiarity with ASA, Korrespondenzmanager, Additive, and Hotel Kit is a plus MM
