Salary:
€1,100 gross/month.
* Productivity Premio: Up to 15% extra per month based on performance.
* Work-Life Balance: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 21:00 rotative shifts) — Weekends Off
* Paid Onboarding:
Full professional training on customer care tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
* Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
* Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
* Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary. Requirements
* Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
* Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
* Readiness to relocate to Greece.
* Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
