Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. If you are already living in Portugal, this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country—except the islands. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:




Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level) Already residing in Portugal (remote work available from any city except the islands) Strong English communication skills (C1 level) Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills Additional Information: Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided) Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required What's Offered: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Full training provided Opportunity to work in an international environment with career growth potential
