What You'll Do
* Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email
* Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
* Handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems What You Need
* Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)
* Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability
* Customer-focused attitude (cross-selling experience is a plus)
