security) /liliRespond to incidents and perform troubleshooting /liliMaintain accurate documentation and asset tracking /liliCollaborate with engineering and operations teams /liliParticipate in capacity planning and upgrades /lili3+ years data center operations experience /liliExpert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber) /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities /liliExperience with rack and stack operations /liliUnderstanding of power distribution and UPS systems /liliExcellent documentation and communication skills /liliAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments /liliData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE)
