- Nexans Battipaglia Plant /h3pWe are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven bSupply Chain Manager /b to join our Battipaglia plant, a key manufacturing site within the Nexans Group. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring efficient material flows, reliable production planning, and outstanding service to our customers in the cable and energy solutions industry. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliOversee bintegrated planning /b, including demand forecasting, production load analysis, and capacity alignment. /liliLead the bSOP process /b at plant level, coordinating inputs from Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics. /liliEnsure bmaterial availability /b by managing procurement activities, stock levels, and supplier interactions. /liliSupervise blogistics operations /b, including warehouse flows, transport coordination, and drum/coil management. /liliManage the border portfolio /b, ensuring accurate confirmations, timely deliveries, and high service performance (OTIF). /liliDrive bcontinuous improvement /b across supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence. /liliCollaborate with Sales and Finance on credit-sensitive customers /liliCollaborate with European Supply Chain teams on group initiatives.
/li /ulpbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulliStrong experience in bplanning, logistics, procurement, /b andb SOP /b within industrial or manufacturing environments. /liliExcellent analytical skills and proficiency in bExcel /b; familiarity with bSAP/ARIBA /b is a plus. /liliDegree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. /lili10 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial environments. /liliPreferable experience in manufacturing or companies with complex supply chains. /liliLeadership, communication, and cross‑functional coordination abilities. /liliFluency in bEnglish /b and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. bFrench /b is a plus /li /ulh3What
