- to our Pool Grill Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, culinary excellence is in our DNA. We are looking for a Maitre for the next season (spring/summer 2026) to join the team at our Pool Grill Restaurant. He/She reports to the Restaurant Manager. Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience in line with our service standards. Cooperate with the Restaurant Manager for staff development. Manage staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures. Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues. Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others. Be capable of advising on best selling prices and review regularly according to the Restaurant Manager's instructions.



Minimum 3 years' experience in the same role in the luxury hotel industry. Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is desirable. Experience preferably at an international level in a fine dining restaurant required. Exceptional customer service skills. Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines HACCP certification. Benefits Seasonal Labour contract according to C.
