- be the driving force behind Amer Sports’ winning teamThis part-time position is about 25 hours per week, with afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday. Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile. Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organize parcels efficiently. Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders. Keep the office running: manage emails, telephony, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services. Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you. Experience in similar roles (1–2 years),ideally in an international environment. Adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong command of English (B2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or comparable systems.
